Hey there, sled-head! Before you start wondering if your shirt got stuck in a snowbank, here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and order process.

We're a made-to-order shop, meaning we print your gear after you order it — so no warehouses, no waste, just fresh designs straight off the trail.

🧥 Sizing Info – Ride in Comfort

Our tees are unisex and fit like your favorite go-to weekend shirt. Not too tight, not too baggy — just right for layering or lounging after a day on the trails.

Each product page has a size chart button - if you're not seeing it, try disabling your ad blocker or refreshing the page.

Tips:

  • Between sizes? Size up — you can always layer it under a flannel.
  • All measurements are taken with the shirt laid flat.
  • Tees may shrink slightly after washing (like a snowbank in spring), so plan accordingly

🕒 So… When Will My Shirt Arrive?

Great question! Our process is like a smooth ride across fresh powder — a little warm-up, then we’re full throttle.

  • Production Time: 2–5 business days (we fire up the printers just for you)
  • Shipping Time (U.S.): 3–7 business days (depending on how fast the mail sleds are moving)
  • Total Estimated Delivery: Around 5–10 business days from order to doorstep

Heads-up: holiday traffic and wild weather (looking at you, January) can slow things down a bit.

🌎 Do You Ship Internationally?

Right now, we are shipping to the USA and Canada. We're working on expanding to more countries, so keep your helmets on and your eyes peeled!

📬 Will I Get a Tracking Number?

Heck yes. Once your order hits the trail, you’ll get an email with your tracking number. It might take 24–48 hours to show updates, but your gear is on the move.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges – No Wipeouts Here 🛷

At Makin Tracks, we want your gear to fit as great as your helmet and feel as good as carving first tracks. But hey, sometimes even the best riders miss a turn — so if something’s off with your order, we’ll help steer things back on course.

  • We only accept returns or exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Every shirt is made-to-order, so we can't accept returns for wrong size or color/design preferences changing.

🛑 Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

Only if you’re quick on the throttle!
If you need to cancel or update something, email us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we’ve already gassed up and hit the trail — changes aren’t guaranteed.

😬 What If My Shirt Shows Up Wrong or Damaged?

Oops — we hate when that happens. If your order arrives looking like it hit a tree, email us at makinsnotracks@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

We’ll make it right faster than a turbo sled on hardpack.
